About the artists
Piezo is the project of Milan-born producer Luca Mucci, whose work navigates the outer edges of UK-rooted club music. Drawing from dubstep’s legacy while moving beyond fixed tempos and forms, his productions unfold through detailed sound design, fractured rhythms, and exploratory textures. Shaped in part by time spent in Bristol’s sound system culture, Piezo’s output moves between precision and unpredictability, with releases on labels including Idle Hands, Swamp81, Wisdom Teeth, and Version.
upsammy is the Amsterdam-based project of Thessa Torsing, whose genre-fluid approach moves between techno, electro, and experimental electronics. Her work is marked by a sense of openness and movement, combining fluid melodies, field recordings, and rhythmic structures that shift between clarity and abstraction. Alongside a residency at NTS Radio and Garage Noord, she has performed at festivals such as Unsound and Rewire, establishing a distinct voice within contemporary left-field music.
