About the speaker
Federica Notari is a researcher and programmer at Nieuwe Instituut, working across cultural programming, research and exhibition-making with a focus on place-making, sonic infrastructures and digital ecologies. Since 2021, she has developed interdisciplinary programmes connecting artists, designers and scholars. She leads through sounds, an ongoing project on sound and listening spaces, and initiated the publishing platform Clipping. Her work spans festivals such as CTM and Rewire, as well as international fellowships, curatorial research and education. She also founded Words off the Page and Discoteca Amore, exploring collective cultural production.
