Concert 3 - Kara-Lis Coverdale (Live) and Anushka Chkheidze (Live)
Supported with the 4DSOUND-system
Friday May 29, Orgelpark Amsterdam
20:15 - 22:45
On Friday May 29, FIBER Festival invites audiences to the monumental Orgelpark for a concert in which the organ is reimagined as a site of transformation between structure and atmosphere, fragility and resonance. The immersive tradition of organ music meets a state-of-the-art 4DSOUND system; an evening where electronic music and the organ fuse together.
Kara-Lis Coverdale moves fluidly across acoustic and electronic domains, crafting immersive environments shaped by memory, timbre, and spectral sensitivity. For FIBER 2026, she will present a newly commissioned spatial sound performance in 4DSOUND, continuing a practice widely recognised and acclaimed for its emotional depth and boundary-pushing approach to sound.
Anushka Chkheidze presents a specially adapted version of 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘗𝘪𝘱𝘦𝘴, where polyphony, arpeggios, and precisely timed delays extend the MIDI organ into an evolving electronic system, bridging the avant-garde, contemporary classical and IDM realms.
